He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of the Argenbright Group, a $2.2B organization that includes Outscale Partners and provides service solutions across the U.S., UK, Canada, and India. With a career spanning nearly five decades, Frank has built multiple billion-dollar companies and shaped the Argenbright Group into one of the fastest-growing private enterprises in the service sector. Since launching his first business in 1977, Frank has shown that lasting business growth is inseparable from investing in people. His leadership has helped create thousands of jobs, scale organizations globally, and inspire a culture built on trust, opportunity, and innovation. Over the decades, his work has been celebrated with honors that speak to both entrepreneurial excellence and enduring growth: from Entrepreneur of the Year recognition early in his career, to leading companies ranked repeatedly among the fastest-growing in the nation, and most recently, his induction into the Atlanta Business Pacesetter Hall of Fame, honoring Atlanta’s most impactful business leaders. Karan is the Group CEO of Argenbright Group, a group of companies that provide workforce solutions with a focus on commercial security, facilities management, and aviation support services. Karan joined the group in 2014 as a management trainee when the Group consisted of only one company – SecurAmerica – a $70mn revenue regional commercial security company with 2,000 employees. Since then, Karan has helped architect the Group's growth to become a leading human capital services provider with a national footprint that employs over 50,000 employees and operating in all 50 states of the US and a global footprint to include operations in Canada, UK and India along with the US. Under Karan's leadership, the Group's vision is to be the best in the world at recruiting, retaining and engaging hourly wage frontline employees and this relentless focus on our employees and customers has led to a growth of nearly 35x over the last 10 years. He has extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of labor-intensive services-based industries and is constantly looking for innovative solutions to improve the lives of hourly wage employees. He is also deeply passionate about technology, focusing on the identification of technology trends that impact service-based companies and developing strategic partnerships with technology companies. Karan has a strong professional track record in the areas of Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Cross-Border M&A advisory, Corporate Banking and Technology across diverse organizations, ranging from large and industry-leading companies to startup ventures in their early days. He has also had the opportunity of working in multiple countries across Asia, Europe and North America, and brings a global perspective to the team.
Kunal Gandhi

Kunal Gandhi is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate finance, investment management, equity research, and valuation advisory. He plays a strategic role in treasury, financial planning and operations, leveraging deep expertise in investment strategies and market insights. Previously, Kunal spent six years at SLC Management as Director – Private Fixed Income, where he managed private debt investments. His journey with the firm began in 2016 during his MBA, when he joined Sun Life Investment Management as a Summer Analyst. Earlier in his career, Kunal worked with Quantum Advisors Private Limited, advancing from Associate to Manager in Equity Research – Emerging Markets. He also gained experience as a Research Analyst – Valuation Advisory at Aranca. Kunal holds an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kamlesh Bhojwani is an accomplished finance leader with over a decade of experience spanning financial leadership, FP&A, controllership, shared services, and business process outsourcing. He leads financial operations and drives strategic alignment with the company's business objectives. Previously, Kamlesh was an Asia Pacific Advisory Council Member with the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), contributing thought leadership on emerging financial trends and best practices across the region. He has also held senior leadership roles, including Finance & Accounting Services Leader, Senior Director – Head of Finance, Facilities & FSS, where he successfully led large teams and complex financial functions. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a founding member of Outscale Partners India, Sandeep has been pivotal in shaping the company's vision and growth. In earlier leadership roles, he successfully established greenfield shared services centers and led digital transformation for multinational organizations. Recognized for incubating new service offerings, transformation, and leading diverse teams, Sandeep continues to drive sustainable growth, innovation, client-centric solutions and long-term value creation at Outscale Partners.

Vandana Agarwal leads the Business Solutions Group at Outscale Partners, where she drives the pre-sales, solutions, transition, and transformation agenda. With over 21 years of professional experience, including 18+ years in digital transformation and transitions, she brings deep expertise in shaping solutions that enable clients to scale effectively. Prior to Outscale Partners, Vandana held leadership roles with IBM, Capgemini, and GCCs, with a strong track record in GBS/GCC setups, large-scale assessments, change management, deal solutioning, pricing, and business case management across industries and regions. A seasoned transformation leader, she has successfully delivered digital solution deployments, pre-sales, BOT models, SLA & success review frameworks, and multi-country transition programs, while leading cross-functional, cross-cultural teams globally.
