Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition
The core objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to fulfill the organization's talent acquisition requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Overall, 8-12 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition in MEA region
- Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing both internal and external clients & team
Associate - TA
The core objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to fulfill the organization's talent acquisition requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Overall, 1-2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in middle eastern countries
- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent degree
US Payroll Administrator_SME
The primary objective of this role is to ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data, salaries, bonuses, and benefits into payroll systems.
Key Requirements:
- Accurate data entry experience with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in spreadsheets and data entry systems
Pricing Analyst
The role involves the study of data from multiple sources to develop complex pricing models that reflect target margins for pricing based on operational, competitor, market, and customer data.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis,
- Experience in financial modeling and/or pricing using advanced Excel models is highly desirable.
Senior Manager - Command Center
The primary objective of this role is to take ownership of the control room's daily performance, ensuring effective communication and support for customers and field teams, while maintaining a 24/7 proactive support function.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management and command center
- Strong expertise in incident management, crisis response, and escalation handling.
HR Accounts Payable & Budget AM
The HR Project Lead role is responsible for the financial and administrative support for HR division of the company.
Key Requirements:
- Computation skills, NetSuite background is a plus
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, especially pivot tables, charts and advanced formulas
